Moscone Center West Ironically, Luke Wade was my casting judge. |
San Francisco, CA | My fifth Voice audition. I got in line at 5 AM so I was in the second group of ten to audition. I sang the song, "I Wish I Knew You" by The Revivalists. I felt good for being sick, and other than the young girl next to me, I was the best in my group. I think I was better prepared and more emotional than her, by the way. |

Hollywood, CA | 2nd Monday of the month. I stopped at the Jack in the Box for dinner, then arrived at around 4 PM again and was first in line. After eating, I played a set outside of the venue. People didn't start showing up until about 5 PM, they didn't open until 7 PM, and they didn't pick my number. Better luck next time. |

The Hotel Cafe changed the seating arrangements by making everyone stand in the same line. As spectators only, we were going in ahead of the musicians and we got a good table up front every time. Today we went home since there were a few hundred people in front of us. |
